The End of the Estate

On February 23, 2001, Chris, Joe, Ladd, and Pete met at the empty home at 5470 River Thames Road in Jackson to empty the rest of the belongings before the new owners took possession on February 26.  There were just enough things left in the house to make it uncomfortable.  The truck left Jackson at noon on February 24 and arrived in Albuquerque the following evening.  If these photos look a little tragic, just imagine how depressing the experience must have been.

Dividing the Remainder of the Belongings

As we gathered for Robin's wedding, the remaining household goods we trucked to Albuquerque waited in storage.  On Sunday morning, May 20, 2001, Pete, Joe, and Chris met at the mini-warehouse to divide what was left of our parents' lives.
